【摘要】 报告1例Bureau-Barriere-Thomas综合征,患者,男,26岁,左足起溃疡20月。左足底近足跟处见直径约6cm类半球形深溃疡,基底不平坦,溃疡内有不规则表面光滑的球形肉芽增生,溃疡呈漏斗状,溃疡周围见淡黄色高度增厚角化性斑块,溃疡周围呈堤状隆起,质地坚硬。左外踝见开口直径约2.5cm溃疡,溃疡呈漏斗状,见淡红肉芽组织,2处溃疡穿通。诊断:Bureau-Barriere-Thomas综合征。我们应用温阳生肌法治疗后效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of Bureau-Barriere-Thomas syndrome is reported.A 26-year-old male presented with skin ulcer on his left foot for 20 months.There was a deep hemispheric skin ulcer whose diameter was about 6cm on left foot pelma near the heel.The skin ulcer base was not smooth and showed funnel-shaped,where there was hemispheric granulation.There was highly keratinize faint yellow plaque around the skin ulcer which was showed embankment-shaped apophysis and it feeled hard.At the same time,there was a funnel-shaped skin ulcer whose opening diameter was about 2.5cm and the ulcer base had light red granulation tissue.The two ulcers were punchthrough.The patient was diagnosed with Bureau-Barriere-Thomas syndromcHe was cured with warming-Yang promoting muscle growth and win a satisfied result.更多还原
