【摘要】 报告1例中医药治疗幼儿急性痘疮样苔藓样糠疹,检索国内10年文献未见4岁以下幼儿患该病的报道,国内未见中医药治疗该病的临床报道。患者,女性3岁,因"全身起红疹6周"入院。皮肤科体检:躯干、四肢见密集分布的粟米至蚕豆大小的鲜红色水肿性红斑、丘疹、斑丘疹,部分皮疹中央见暗红水疱、丘疱疹或出血性坏死血痂,皮疹表面少许脱屑。组织病理诊断为急性痘疮样苔藓样糠疹。我们应用小柴胡汤合凉血五花汤治疗后效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 3-year-old female presented to us with a 6-weekr history of excema ail over the body.Skin examination revealed a lot of close-set ponceau edematous erythema,papulae,and maculopapule.which sized millet to broad bean.There were many dark red blain,papulovesicle and hemorrhagic necrosis blood scab in central authorities of a state.Meanwhile,there were little scaling on the surface of the ervthra.The histopathological examination of the lesions diagnosed pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta.She was cured with Xiaochaihu tang combined with cooling-blood five flowers soup and win a satisfied result.更多还原
