【摘要】 目的在已有的研究基础上,将黄褐毛忍冬总皂苷制成肝靶向性制剂,研究其在小鼠体内的分布。方法以不同量的荧光染料脂溶性DiI标记乙醇注入法制备的脂质体,标记黄褐毛忍冬总皂苷脂质体;将小鼠体内组织的冷冻切片用荧光显微镜观察,考察荧光染料脂溶性DiI标记黄褐毛忍冬总皂苷脂质体的量;利用共聚焦激光扫面显微镜(confocal laser Scarm-ing microscope,CLSM)观察荧光标记的脂质体150min、30min和1h、2h、4h、6h在小鼠体内组织的荧光强弱及分布。结果在CLSM下观察到在15min、6h时肝、脾、肾、肺组织切片内荧光较弱,在30min、1h、2h、4h均观察到肝组织切片比脾、肺、肾组织切片的荧光强,在1h时肝组织切片中的荧光最强。结论黄褐毛忍冬总皂苷脂质体在小鼠体内有明显的肝靶向性。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjuectiveThis topic on the basis of existing research,liposome of total saponins in Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Chengdistribution in mice been investigated.Method s Fluorescent tags total saponins in Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Chengliposomes,three dosages of DiI fluorescent dye marker ethanol injection preparation of liposomes,mice tissues frozen sections by fluorescence microscopy,inspect The dosage of DiI tag total saponins in Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Chengliposomes.⑤ total saponins in Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng liposomes in mice been investigated,total saponins in Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Chengliposomes with CLSM observation fluorescent tags for 15,30 min and 1,2,4,6 h in mice fluorescence intensity and distribution of the organization.Result s Under the CLSM observed in 15 min,6 h within the liver,spleen,kidney,lung biopsy fluorescence is weak,in 30 min,1,2,4 h were observed in liver biopsy than spleen,lung,and renal biopsy of the fluorescence intensity,fiiorescence is strongest in liver biopsy in 1 h.Conclusion The distribution in mice been investigated prove that otal saponins in Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Chengliposomes have liver targeting property.更多还原
