【摘要】 技术创新的本质是知识创新,其知识转移价值增值效率决定着联盟技术创新的成败。基于文献回顾,总结出技术创新联盟中影响高校知识转移价值增值的四个因素:知识特性、转移主体、技术创新联盟规模、知识转移情境,并提出了四个影响因素和知识转移价值增值的相关理论假设,运用结构方程模型,对通过问卷调查获得的有关数据进行统计分析,结果表明各影响因素不仅对知识转移价值增值产生直接的影响,也会通过其他因素的中介作用而对知识转移价值增值产生间接影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nature of technology innovation is knowledge innovation,the value-added efficiency of the knowledge transfer is determining the technology innovation success.Based on the research literature review and analysis,four factors that influence universities’ value-added of knowledge transfer in technology innovation alliance are summarized,including knowledge characteristics,the knowledge transfer subjects,scale of the technology innovation alliance,and the knowledge transfer situation.Related theoretical assumptions among five factors and value-added of knowledge transfer are advanced in this papey,and the data obtained via questionnaire by SEM are analyzed.Results suggest that influential factors not only have a direct relationship with value-added of knowledge transfer,but also through mediation of other factors impact on it indirectly.更多还原
