【摘要】 针对再制造混合生产条件下的产品生产/再制造成本优化问题,考虑实际的回收能力不足的再制造情况,建立了一个新的产品生产/再制造流程系统及相应的数学模型,据此推导出单位时间产品生产/再制造总成本关于时间和再制造比例的函数关系,对其最优解情形进行理论分析,并利用Matlab进行了理论验证。结果表明,可以通过求解成本函数最优解来实现逆向物流库存的产品生产/再制造成本优化。更多还原

【Abstract】 For product manufacturing/remanufacturing cost optimization problem under mixed production conditions,considering the actual insufficient recovery capacity of remanufacturing,this study established a new product manufacturing / remanufacturing process system and the corresponding mathematical model,and deduced a function of per unit time production / remanufacturing total cost with respect to time and remanufacturing proportion.Theoretical analysis of its optimal solution are carried on.The results show that the reverse logistics inventory of products / remanufacturing cost optimization can be achieved to solving the optimal solution.更多还原
