搭接网络中关键工序的奇异现象
The Paradox of Critical Activities in the Spliced Network

【摘要】 本文揭示了搭接网络中关键工序的一些新奇异现象:有些关键工序工期在压缩较少时,总工期同步减少,但压缩量较大时,总工期不但不缩短反而延长;有些关键工序工期延误较多时,总工期被推迟,当延误较少时,总工期不但不被延误,而且还会提前;还有些关键工序无论压缩工期还是延误工期,总工期不变;而另外一些关键工序的工期无论"压缩"还是"延长",总工期都"延长"。这些现象的发现反映了搭接网络与CPM网络的巨大差别,对制定合理的计划方案具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Some brand new paradoxes about the critical activities(CA)in the spliced network are discovered in this paper.Firstly,there are some CAs when whose duration is compressed,the total duration will be shortened.But when the amount of compression is more than a threshold,the total duration will be prolonged rather than reduced.Secondly,there are also some CAswhen whose duration is lengthened,the total duration willbe extended.Nevertheless when the amount of extension is less than a threshold,the total duration will be shortened,not lengthened.Thirdly,some CAs harbor the property that the total duration will stay the same when their duration of some CA is compressed.Finally,some other CAsharbor the property that the total duration will be lengthened when their duration of some CA is compressed or prolonged.These phenomena demonstrate the huge distinctions of the structural properties between the spliced network and the critical path method(CPM) network and are significant for improving the performance of scheduling plan.
