【摘要】 随着应急产业的日益发展,将信息化引入公共安全管理显得尤为重要。本文构建面向公共安全危机应对的态势显示系统,从系统需要满足的功能特性出发,简要介绍了该系统的架构和工作流程,并对其主要的功能模块进行阐述,最后重点分析了地图管理、数据库设计、动态显示、GIS空间查询四项关键技术,为网络化应对公共安全危机提供了一种思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the emergency industry, it becomes exceedingly significant to bring informatization into public safety management. The study constructs situation display system in terms of response to public safety crisis. Then, the study briefly introduces the framework and workflow of the system from the perspective of the functional properties needed in the system and elaborates on its main functional modules. Finally, the study emphasizes on the analysis of four key technologies: the map management, the database design, the dynamic display and the GIS spatial query. The whole paper provides a new train of thought for networked response to the public safety crisis.更多还原
