【摘要】 对5个国外引进的欧丁香品种进行了嫩枝扦插和春季嫁接试验,从中总结出最佳扦插和嫁接实用技术,即1000 mg/L浓度的GGR6~#生根剂速蘸30 s的扦插生根处理最为适宜,生根率均到达85%以上。最佳嫁接方法为:早春4月采用离地面10~20 cm处的劈接,并用胶带自下而上紧密缠绕接口,成活率均达到90%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The practical technology has been summarized by the research of shoot cutting propagation and spring grafting for 5 Syringa vulgaris cultivars introduced from abroad.The rooting rate reached as high as 85%when suitable rooting agent,GGR6~# with concentration of 1000 mg/L,was used to soak roots about 30 minutes.The survival rate also reached more than 90%when the optimum grafting technique,cleft grafting was done above the ground 10 cm in April,and the wound was bottom-up inter faced by tapes.更多还原
