富氧顶吹镍熔炼炉控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 简要介绍了富氧顶吹镍熔炼工程背景及其工艺流程,从工程的复杂多样性对控制系统的要求,首先提出了整个工程的自动化解决方案,详细介绍了采用ABB AC800F控制系统对富氧顶吹镍熔炼工程控制系统的设计与实现,针对性地提出了控制系统设计时应注意的问题以及相应的解决办法。该系统设计在工程项目中取得了成功并于2008年8月全部投入使用。
【Abstract】 This article describes briefly the background and technological process of nickel smelting furnace with top submerged lance.In order to meet the requirement of the engineering project complexity and diversity for automatic control system,it is put forward the total automation solutions for the project,and it is introduced in detail the design and its implementation of automatic control system with ABB AC800 F for the nickel smelting furnace with top submerged lance,it is solved the existent problems occurred in the design and its implementation of the automation engineering projects.The perfect results are achieved in engineering projects and it is put into use in August,2008.
