模块化跨临界二氧化碳热泵热水器的设计

【摘要】 本文设计了跨临界二氧化碳热泵热水器的气冷器、过滤器、储液罐等关键部件,并制作了二氧化碳热泵热水器样机并进行了性能测试。测试结果表明,环境干球温度25℃,湿球温度23℃,提供热水温度80℃时,压缩机输入功率18.5kW,制热量60kW;环境温度-20℃时,能正常工作,并且一次加热到60℃。测试结果满足设计参数要求,并实现了无水箱循环加热的即热方式,一体式机组结构紧凑,并可减少出厂安装可能导致的制冷剂泄漏等问题。

【Abstract】 TIn this paper,the key components such as gas cooler,filter and resevoir of the transcritical carbon dioxide heat pump water heater were designed,the transcritical carbon dioxide heat pump water heater were produced,and the performance testing was carried out.The test results show that,at the conditions of the ambient dry bulb temperature is about 25 ℃(wet bulb temperature 23 ℃) and the outlet temperature of the hot water is80 ℃,the compressor input power is less than 18.5kW and the heating capicity exceeds 60 kW.This heat pump water heater could keep operating normally to heat the water once up to 80 ℃ even when the ambient temperature lower than-20℃.Test results meet the requirements of the design parameters,and realized that no hot water tank heating cycle mode.The compact structure of the integrated unit could reduce the refrigerant leakage and other issues caused by the install process.
