能量自平衡制冷压缩机测试装置及其节能评价

【摘要】 本文提出一种能量自平衡的制冷压缩机测试装置,并利用(?)分析方法对比传统的第二制冷剂量热器法进行节能评价。该装置回收冷凝器的热量来自我平衡蒸发器的冷量,可有效实现能量的循环利用。计算结果表明,能量自平衡制冷压缩机测试装置在全年各季均比第二制冷剂量热器法节能,年平均(?)效率为59.71%,是第二制冷剂量热器法的2.33倍。结合流图揭示出压缩机和蒸发器是该装置进一步性能优化的主要改进对象。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a self-energy-balancing refrigerant compressor testing device and uses exergy analysis to evaluate its energy conservation comparing with the traditional second-refrigerant recovery calorimeter method.The device retrieves heat from condenser to balance the cold from evaporator,which effectively realizes recycling of energy.The results show that the self-energy-balancing refrigerant compressor testing device is energy-saving each season than the second-refrigerant calorimeter method and its annual average exergy efficiency is 59.71%,2.33 times of the second refrigerant calorimeter method.And the Chart of exergy currency reveals the compressor and evaporator are the main object of improvement for further performance optimization.
