【Abstract】 We put up experimental table and did a lot of experiments about flow and heat transfer between water and ice slurry.We record datas and analyse them.The ice packing factor and heat transfer coefficient can be calculated.Meanwhile,we use FLUENT to simulate the flow and heat exchange in the plate heat exchanger.更多还原
