近期国外陶瓷-金属封接的技术进展

【摘要】 本文叙述了近期国外陶瓷-金属封接技术的进展,特别是有关Mo粉的有关特性,并对国外典型产品作了分析报告。
【Abstract】 We present an overview of progress of recent ceramic to metal seal technology abroad.Specially,the content,granular,shape and uniformity of molybdenum powering metalizing composition are introduced.The relative products from abroad are analyzed.
