镨钕合金碳量分析标准样品的研制
Development of certified reference materials of praseodymium-neodymium alloy for carbon contents analysis

【摘要】 碳含量的多少是衡量镨钕合金产品质量和价格的重要指标之一。根据YS/T409-20 l 2《有色金属产品分析用标准样品技术规范》试研制了一组三种镨钕合金碳量分析的标准样品。用F方差法检验均匀性,F值小于临界值F0,表明碳元素的均匀性良好。由1 0家实验室采用高频红外分析方法协作定值分析,对分析结果进行统计和处理,得到了碳元素的认定值分别为0.0495%,0.0277%和0.0194%,扩展不确定度分别为0.0033%,0.0014%和0.0012%。该标准样品可用于镨钕合金碳量分析测量仪器的校准,填补了国内外稀土金属领域气体元素分析标样的空白。
【Abstract】 Carbon content is an important indicator of the product quality and price of Praseodymium-Neodymium alloy.Three kinds of certified reference materials of Praseodymium-Neodymium alloy for carbon contents analysis were developed according to YS/T 409-2012 Specification for certified reference materials of non-ferrous metal product for analysis.The homogeneity was tested by F variance method.It indicated that homogeneity of carbon was good when the value of F was less than the critical value(F0).The certified value was determined by 10 laboratories using high frequency infrared analysis method.The analytical results were counted and processed.The certified values of carbon contents were0.0495%,0.0277%and 0.0194%.The expanded uncertainties of the certified values were 0.0033%,0.0014%and 0.0012%.This standard samples could be applied to the calibration of measuring instrument of Praseodymium-Neodymium alloy for carbon contents analysis,which was the first internationally sample of gas elemental analysis in rare earth field.
