RH-3融合子对三黄鸡免疫功能及肠道菌群的影响

【摘要】 以枯草芽孢杆菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌为亲本菌株,制备出原生质体后进行融合,获得兼具两亲本优良性状的融合子(RH-3),并进行动物试验,探讨其对三黄鸡免疫功能及肠道菌群的影响。选用96只1日龄三黄鸡,随机分为4组,每组设3个重复,每重复8只雏鸡;在试验组三黄鸡的饮水中添加RH-3融合子培养物,添加量为0.5%、1.0%和1.5%;试验期6周;试验鸡每个重复取2只,于21、42日龄采血和剖杀,取样品测定免疫指标和肠道内容物细菌数量。结果表明,RH-3融合子可以显著提高三黄鸡血清新城疫HI抗体效价,显著提高血清过氧化物歧化酶活性,显著提高淋巴细胞转化率和免疫器官指数,显著降低三黄鸡空肠、同肠和盲肠的沙门菌和大肠埃希菌的菌群数量,显著增加双歧杆菌和乳酸菌的菌群数量。
【Abstract】 In this study,we had fused the protoplasts of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus rhamnosus,prepared the fusion hybrid(RH-3) with good characters of the two strains.In order to explore its effects on the immune function and intestinal bacteria community in Three Buff Chickens,animal experiment was carried out.96 one-day-old Three Buff Chickens were randomly divided into four groups with there repeats,each repeat was 8 chickens.The RH-3 fusion hybrid culture was added in the water of the test group,the adding quantity was 0.5%,1.0% and 1.5%,the trial period was 6 weeks.Two chickens of each repeat were blooded and killed on 21 and 42 days old respectively,the samples were obtained and detected the immune index and bacteria number in the intestinal contents.The results showed that,RH-3 fusion hybrid could significantly increased Newcastle disease HI antibody titer and SOD activity in the serum,the lymphocyte transformation rate and the immune organ index of Three Buff Chickens,could significantly reduced the Salmonella and E.coli bacteria number and significantly increased the Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus bacteria number of the jejunum,ileum and cecum in the Three Buff Chickens.
