【摘要】 为了明确广西各地区甘蔗杆状病毒病的发生与分布,了解不同甘蔗品种(品系)中甘蔗杆状病毒(Sugarcane bacilliform virus,SCBV)的侵染情况,2012-2014年从广西14个地市的主要甘蔗种植区采集甘蔗样品,同时从育种和示范基地采集不同品种(品系)的甘蔗样品,采用杆状DNA病毒属(Badnavirus)通用检测引物Badna FP/RP对这些样品进行PCR检测和测序分析。采自广西各地的169份样品中,105份为SCBV阳性,且12个品种(品系)中7个检测到SCBV的核酸序列,显示目前广西蔗区SCBV已经广泛分布。因此,SCBV的来源及危害性需要进一步评估,在甘蔗健康脱毒种苗的培育和生产以及种茎调运中需引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 To verify the occurrence and distribution of Sugarcane bacilliform virus(SCBV) in sugarcane in Guangxi autonomous region,a disease survey was conducted in major sugarcane growing areas of 14 cities in Cuangxi province.Leaf samples were collected from sugarcane fields between Sep.2012 and Dec.2013 for laboratory testing by PCR with a Badnavirus-specific universal primer set Badna FP/Badna RP and by sequencing of the PCR products.Of 169 samples tested,105 were SCBV positive,among which seven of the 12 varieties were found to contain SCBV sequence,demonstrating prevalence of the virus in sugarcane growing areas in the region.Thus there is an urgent need to evaluate the source and potential damage of SCBV and to develop a scheme for SCBV-free seed stems,as well as a monitoring system for import/export of seed stems across regions.更多还原
