【摘要】 知识经济的迅速发展及新技术在制造业中的推广和应用,从根本上改变着制造企业赖以存在的内外部环境、发展要素及运行机制,促使制造企业的组织范式逐渐从传统经济的科学管理向知识经济时代的知识管理转变。本文从企业组织范式变革与环境变化二者耦合的视角出发,分析了不同类型组织范式演进的路径和动力来源,结合知识经济条件下组织结构的发展趋势构建了基于二重空间的敏捷制造企业网链式组织结构模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rapid Development of knowledge economy and popularity and application of new technologies in manufacturing industry have changed the environment,developing factors and operational mechanism on which manufacturing enterprises rest,contributed to transition of manufacturing enterprise organization paradigm from scientific management of traditional economy to knowledge management of knowledge economy.From the perspective of coupling the transformation of enterprise organization paradigm and environment development,the article analyzed the development path and impetus of different type organization paradigm,and combining with developmental tendency of organization structure in knowledge economy,built dual-dimension network-chain organization structure model agile manufacturing enterprises.更多还原
