淤泥保温多孔砖墙体的热工性能

【摘要】 为研究淤泥保温多孔砖的保温性能,首先运用有限元软件ANSYS对不同孔型多孔砖的温度场进行了数值模拟分析,通过比较分析确定了淤泥保温多孔砖的优化设计孔型;进一步针对具有不同保温体系的墙体进行热工性能分析.分析结果表明:具有矩形孔洞的多孔砖墙体的传热阻达到了1.140m~1·K/W,在江苏地区用于填充墙体可达到自保温效果;以保温砂浆作为墙体内保温材料的墙体传热阻达到1.339 m~2·K/W;以聚苯板作为墙体外保温材料的墙体传热阻达到了1.953 m~2·K/W,不仅满足节能50%的规范要求,甚至达到了节能65%的要求.
【Abstract】 For the study of sludge heat-insulating perforated brick’s thermal performance,six perforated brick model with different holes are designed to study the effects on the brick’s thermal performance by its hole shape,based on ANSYS.By comparison and analysis,a new type of sludge heat-insulating perforated brick with optimization of hole shape is designed.Then this paper takes the new type of sludge heat-insulating perforated brick as wall materials and analyzes the thermal performance of walls with different wall systems.The results show that the thermal resistance of sludge heat-insulating rectangular-hole brick masonry walls is 1.140 m~2·K/W and using this new type of sludge heat-insulating brick as wall materials can meet the self-thermal insulating requirement in Jiangsu province.The thermal resistance of sludge heat-insulating wall with using thermal insulation mortar as wall insulation materials is 1.339 m~2·K/W.The thermal resistance of sludge heat-insulating wall with using EPS as external wall insulation materials is 1.953 m~2·K/W,so as to not only meet the specification requirements of energy-saving 50%,but also meet the specification requirements of energy-saving 65%.
