预应力砌体结构设计方法研究
Research on the Design Method of Prestressed Masonry Structure

【摘要】 对砌体结构施加预压应力,可形成新型砌体结构—预应力砌体。一系列研究结果表明:预应力砌体结构的抗裂性能、刚度及耗能能力等抗震性能得到有效改善,开裂荷载及抗剪强度得到显著提高,预应力砌体结构的预应力损失较小,总损失一般不超过20%,预应力砌体结构应用前景广阔。参考英、美等国砌体规范中有关预应力砌体的内容,探讨了预应力砌体结构设计方法,包括一般规定、承载能力极限状态、正常使用极限状态、预应力损失、构造措施等,为预应力砌体结构的工程应用和规范的编制提供参考。
【Abstract】 Applied preloading stress to masonry structure,can form new masonry structure-prestressed masonry.A series of research results show that the prestressing force improves the crack-resistance and seismic behavior of the masonry.The stiffness,ductility and the energy-dissipative capacity of the prestressed masonry walls were increased too.There was little prestress loss on prestressed block masonry,and the prestress loss developed rapidly in earlier stage.The total loss is often less than 20%.Based on the test results and American building code for prestressed masonry structure,the design method for prestressed masonry structure was discussed.The materials,basic rules on design,bearing capacity limit state,serviceability limit state,structural measures and finally,prestress loss of prestressed masonry structure were proposed.Research results are valuable for the practical engineering application.
