巢湖流域和太湖流域沉积物中高效氰戊菊酯和苄氯菊酯的生态风险

【摘要】 高效氰戊菊酯和苄氯菊酯均属于强疏水性有机物,其随着排放过程极易进入沉积环境中。本研究通过采集巢湖流域和太湖流域的426个沉积物样品,通过实验测定两种菊酯的浓度作为生态风险评价中的暴露浓度。采用毒性当量法(TU)、底栖生物物种敏感性分布法(SSDbenthic)、水生生物物种敏感性分布法(SSDaquatic)三种方法评价沉积物中两种菊酯类农药的生态风险并对三种评价结果进行相应对比,其中毒性当量法采用急性半致死浓度(LC50),SSD依据水体中慢性毒性数据计算5%危害浓度,最终根据商值法(HQ)评价高效氰戊菊酯和苄氯菊酯的生态风险。结果表明三种评价方法均显示两类菊酯类农药对巢湖流域以及太湖流域产生一定的生态风险。同时三种方法呈现一致性即高效氰戊菊酯对水生生物的毒性高于苄氯菊酯,其中基于底栖生物的物种敏感性分布生态风险>毒性当量评价的生态风险>水生生物的物种敏感性分布评价的生态风险。其评价结果为巢湖流域及太湖流域沉积物中高效氰戊菊酯和苄氯菊酯生态基准的建立提供了依据和方法。

【Abstract】 Esfenvalerate and permethrin as strong hydrophobic organic compounds easily run into the sediment.This research collected 426 sediment samples and determinated the concentration of esfenvalerate and permethrin in Chaohu lake basin and Taihu lake basin. Three methods of toxicity unit(TU), benthic species sensitivity distribution(SSDbenthic) and species sensitivity distribution(SSDaquatic) evaluated ecological risk for two kinds of synthetic pyrethroids and compared three kinds of evaluation results. Toxic unit adopted Lethal Concentration 50(LC50), while SSD method based on the chronic toxicity data calculated 5% harm concentration in water body.Finally according to Health quotient(HQ) evaluated esfenvalerate and permethrin ecological risk. The results showed that two types of synthetic pyrethroids leaded to ecological risk in Chaohu lake basin and Taihu lake basin though the three kinds of evaluation methods. The toxcity of esfenvalerate was higher than the toxicity of permethrin. Three of ecological risks demonstrated SSDbenthic>TU>SSDaquatic. The evaluation result provided the basis and methods for esfenvalerate as well as permethrin in Chaohu lake basin and Taihu lake basin.
