冶金焦炭热态性能试验研究
Experimental Study on Thermal Performance of Metallurgical Coke

【摘要】 通过对国内十几家冶金焦炭的试验研究,探讨焦炭热性能的主要影响因素,并通过等反应性强度试验探讨了焦炭热态性能新评价方法。试验结果显示,从炼焦工艺上,顶装焦与捣固焦之间焦炭热态性能有差异,顶装焦炭CSR比捣固焦炭高5%~10%;从熄焦方式上,干熄焦比湿熄焦焦炭CSR高2%~3%。研究表明影响焦炭CSR的关键因素是焦炭的内在质量特性,焦炭催化指数MCI低则焦炭CSR高,焦炭各向异性指数OTI高则焦炭CSR高。研究还表明焦炭等反应后强度TCSR与焦炭CSR有联系也有差别,TCSR主要受到反应温度、反应速率的影响,TCSR及焦炭粉化率为焦炭热态性能评价提供了新的思路。
【Abstract】 Through the experimental study of domestic dozen metallurgical coke, the main influence factors of the thermal performance of coke were discussed, and the new evaluation method for the thermal performance of coke was discussed by the test of the strength of the coke. The test show that the index CSR of top loding coke is higher than that of tamping coke. The index CSR of top loading coke is 5%~10% higher than tamping coke, the Coke dry quenching coke is 2%~3% higher than wet quenching coke. The research also shows that the key factor effecting coke is the immanent properties of coke, namely the index MCI and the index OTI. The lower MCI and the higher OTI is contribute to improve the CSR. Studies also shows that coke strength after fixed reaction 30%(TCSR) and CSR have the difference meaning. TCSR is mainly affected by the reaction temperature, reaction rate and pulverization rate. The index TCSR and pulverization rate provides a new idea for the coke thermal performance evaluation.
