耐蚀低耗型炮泥在武钢8号高炉的应用

【摘要】 针对4000m3以上特大型高炉炮泥的使用要求,从耐火原料的选择、粒级搭配、添加剂和结合剂的选取以及配方优化等方面进行了研究。研制的炮泥具有良好的作业性能,抗渣铁侵蚀性能好,出铁流速稳定。在武钢8号高炉(4117m3)上进行了工业试验,使用效果良好,可以满足特大型高炉出铁要求。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the use requirements of taphole clay on huge blast furnaces(over 4000m3), the research was carried out considering the selection of refractory raw materials, the match of raw material sizes, the selection of addictive and anchoring agent, the formula optimization, and so on. The taphole clay has good performance of working, corrosion resistance to slag-iron and stable flow rate of tapping. Based on industrial experiment on WISCO’s No.8 blast furnace(4117m3), it has good effect for use and can meet the requirements of taphole clay for the huge blast furnaces.
