单喷嘴冲击射流的数值模拟

【摘要】 超快速冷却是以带压力的喷嘴射流进行冷却,建立了单喷嘴垂直冲击射流的物理模型,分别对不同口径喷嘴(2、3和5 mm)和不同初始射流速度(2、5和8 m/s)的冲击射流进行模拟。分析自由射流区、冲击区和壁面射流区的速度场、压力场和流体分布。从而总结出合适的射流高度和射流初始速度,并为超快速冷却系统的建立和换热分析提供了有力的依据。
【Abstract】 Ultra-fast cooling is a kind of nozzle jet cooling process with high water pressure.The vertical physical model of single nozzle jet was established.First,the impingement for caliber diameter of 2,3 and 5 mm and initial jet velocity of 2,5 and 8 m/s were calculated,respectively.Secondly,the velocity field,pressure field and fluid distribution for free jet area;impact area and wall jet area were systemically studied.Based on the study,proper jet altitude and initial velocity were obtained,which provided powerful basis for heat transfer analysis and the establishment of ultra-fast cooling system.
