椭圆形水管冷却壁优化研究

【摘要】 基于FLUENT软件,建立高炉铸铁冷却壁三维稳态传热模型,重点对圆形和椭圆形冷却水管的铸铁冷却壁的温度场进行模拟与对比,并比较了不同椭圆形水管的冷却效果。结果表明:与圆形截面相比,在同等水速和横截面积的情况下,椭圆形水管能够增加冷却水管横截面的周长,从而提高冷却壁的换热能力。椭圆形的短半轴与长半轴之比b/a取0.4时,冷却壁的冷却效果最好。考虑到椭圆形水管加工和流动阻力等因素,b/a值不宜取太小,建议取0.4~0.5。渣皮的存在大为降低冷却壁壁体的温度和冷热面温差。
【Abstract】 The three-dimensional steady-state heat transfer model of a cast iron stave is built based on FLUENT software,focusing on temperature field simulation of the cast iron stave with circular pipe and elliptical pipes.The cooling effects of different kinds of elliptical pipes are compared.The results showed that compared with a circular cross section,the elliptical cross section can increase the circumference of the cooling pipe under the same water velocity and the same cross-sectional area,thereby increasing the cooling ability of the stave.The elliptical semi-minor axis and semi-major axis ratio b/a takes 0.4 has the best cooling performance.Considering the elliptical cooling pipe processing and flow resistance,b/a should not be taken too small,the value of b/a varied from 0.4 to 0.5 is suggested in this paper.Slag skull can greatly reduce the stave temperature and the temperature difference between the hot and cold face.
