硅钢边部缺口在冷轧过程中的延展行为研究

【摘要】 针对硅钢边部缺口在轧制过程中的扩展现象进行了实验研究,发现I形缺口在连续不可逆轧制后扩展成V形缺口:而对于U形缺口,当缺口长度小于宽度时,轧制后缺口有被"碾"平的趋势,甚至最终消失:缺口的长宽比越大,缺口扩展开裂的趋势越明显,且缺口扩展的趋势随着压下量的增大而增强。另外,钢板的硅含量越高材枓的韧性越差,越容易形成边裂。

【Abstract】 An experimental investigation of the extending behavior of edge notches of silicon steel strips during cold rolling process is undertaken in the present study.Experiment results showed that I type openings expanded into V type ones in rolling process;for U-shaped gaps,when the length of the notch is less than width,the gaps had the tendency to disappear;with the increasing of the aspect ratio and the reduction,the tendency of the expansion becomes more and more obvious;the higher the content of the silicon is,the easier edge crack will occur.
