四辊CVC热连轧机工作辊轴向力研究

【摘要】 四辊轧机工作过程中,辊系间传递的轴向载荷易导致轧件跑偏和板形缺陷,文章应用Abaqus有限元软件,建立了研究某厂热连轧CVC四辊精轧机辊系的二维变厚度有限元模型。对影响CVC四辊板带轧机工作辊轴向力产生的部分主要因素如辊型曲线,轧制力,弯辊力和工作辊窜辊量等进行了仿真研究,所得结果对辊型设计和轧制工艺参数的合理设定具有现实指导意义。

【Abstract】 The axial load is the factor which causes the rolling piece camber and the badness of plate shape during four-roller hot continuous rolling.A 2 dimensional varying thickness finite element model of CVC hot rolling mill deformation was established using the large scale FEM software ABAQUS. The model theory,in this paper, is that see backup roll and work roll as a whole system,which ignor the impact of the third dimension. The axial sectional drawing of roll system is set up by a number of flat cells with different thickness. So as to realize model simplification, the entire analysis process is simplified into the ordinary flat stress analysis for flat cells.Simulation research refer to some facts of main reasons of the axial overload such as the curve of roll,rolling force,bending force and rolling shift.The results are very significiant for rolle-type design and its can make a reasonable set for rolling process parameters.
