【摘要】 介绍了首钢首秦公司开发的4300mm生产线超快冷系统,该项目实现了高强度均匀化冷却技术在国内中厚板生产领域的应用。该超快冷系统采用斜喷式冷却方式,开发了分区吹扫式冷却、多元冷却参数控制、基于辊速控制的头尾遮蔽工艺等新技术,在钢板温度均匀性和板形控制方面取得了良好的效果。基于该系统开发了多个钢种,以较低的微合金元素含量得到了较高的性能,实现了低成本减量化轧制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The UFC system developed by Shouqin Company on 4300 mm rolling mill was described. Based on this system, high intensity and uniform cooling technology was applied in the internal medium plate production. In this system, the inclined spray cooling technology was adopted. The divisional sweeping cooling, the multiple cooling parameters control and the head-tail mask based on roll speed control were developed. Then uniform temperature field and good shape of plates were approved. Several medium plate grades were developed based on this system, and good performance were gotten with low microalloy content, so the induced steel rolling was achieved.更多还原
