热轧飞剪剪切控制的现场信号优化
Optimization about the Signals for the Crop Shear Control in Hot Strip Mill

【摘要】 文章首先分析了某热轧厂飞剪设备完成剪切所必需的三个关键的控制环节:端部跟踪、速度控制、位置控制。总结了飞剪头、尾剪切时现场信号存在的问题或隐患。针对这些问题设计了详细的改进方案,并分析改进后的效果。实践证明,通过改进方案的实施,飞剪的剪切精度明显提高,剪切异常大幅降低。
【Abstract】 This paper analyses three pivotal taches which form crop shear control for cutting the head or tail in a hot strip mill: End tracking、Speed control、Position control. The problems or hidden troubles of the signals are summed up and scheme about optimization is gave. Then, the effect is analyzed. After the scheme is carried out, cutting precision is improved in evidence, the frequency of the wrong cutting is lowered.
