高炉冶炼过程锌对焦炭冶金性能的影响

【摘要】 近年来,随着高炉的大型化及高炉的强化冶炼,高炉冶炼过程中焦炭的冶金性能引起越来越多的关注。碱金属对焦炭溶损反应的催化作用已进行了较深入细致的研究,对碱金属以外的金属对焦炭溶损反应的催化作用也引起了人们的关注,并取得了一些结果,然而对锌的研究大多是停留在其对耐火材料的侵蚀和结瘤等几个方面的研究,而忽视了锌对焦炭溶损反应的催化作用而造成的焦炭粉化等情况。本文主要考察Zn对焦炭强度性能的影响,通过气相吸附法制备吸附不同Zn量的焦炭试样,并对吸附Zn的焦炭的强度进行测定及分析,得出如下结论:Zn的吸附不会对焦炭的强度造成直接影响;吸附Zn的焦样的反应性都会随着吸附Zn量的增加而不同程度增加,反应后焦炭强度随着吸附Zn量的增加而降低;Zn对焦炭强度产生影响的原因是Zn促进焦炭的溶损反应。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the metallurgical properties of coke attracted more and more attention in blast furnace smelting process with blast furnace becoming large-scale and strengthen the smelting. The catalysis effect of alkali metal to coke loss reaction that has made a further careful study, the catalysis effect of other minerals to coke loss reaction that is also a cause for concern, and the research get some results, but research of zinc are mostly in its stay to the erosion of and warts of refractory material on the way, the damage for the catalysis effect of zinc to the coke loss reaction are ignore and the catalytic role of the powder for this coke.This article mainly research how zinc affect strength properties of coke. This article by air adsorption method prepare to different for zinc content of the sample coke. And detect strength performance of the coke on inspection, the following conclusions :the strength of coke will not be directly affected by zinc adsorption quantity; zinc affect loss reaction of coke is a catalyst, with zinc captured increase, the reactivity performance of coke increase too. The strength of response later is reduced with zinc increased. And the cause of Zn affect coke strength is zinc stimulate the boudouard reaction of coke.
