高精度的宽带钢热轧层流冷却系统及关键问题解决

【摘要】 卷取温度是影响热轧带钢的组织和力学性能的关键因素之一,同时也影响后续成品的加工性能,因此生产厂家都在不断追求高精度的卷取温度控制。北京科技大学高效轧制中心(NERCAR)在过去的几年里在大型的热轧宽板带项目的支撑下,开发出了具有自己特色的层流冷却控制系统,在基于传热学原理的基础上建立了有限差分模型,模型与冷却控制策略有机地结合在一起,通过现场的实际应用验证,模型具有高精度和稳定的特点,并对几个关键性问题进行了分析和解决。

【Abstract】 Coiling temperature is one of the important factors to affect microstructure and properties of the hot rolling strip. It also has an effect on the later processing of the product. So manufacturers have made continued efforts to improve the precision of the coiling temperature. In the past few years, high precision coiling temperature control system has been developed by NERCAR supported by some projects. It’s base on the principle of heat transfer and the model is solved by finite difference method. It’s proved that the system has the features of high reliability and high precision by field application. In addition, some crucial issues of the coiling temperature control have been encountered and solved.
