电磁连铸结晶器内多相传输行为研究

【摘要】 连铸生产实践表明,结晶器内钢液流动对铸坯质量和产品质量产生直接影响,控制结晶器内钢液流动已成为生产高质量产品和实现高效化连铸的重要技术手段。描述了方/圆坯结晶器电磁搅拌、板坯结晶器电磁制和板坯结晶器多模式电磁搅拌条件下的多相传输行为,分析了每类电磁控流技术条件下结晶器内的磁场、流场、温度场及夹杂物和钢/渣界面行为特征和冶金机理,并考察了其对铸坯质量产生的冶金效果。
【Abstract】 The practice of continuous casting production indicated that the flow pattern of molten steel in the mold directly affects the quality of bloom/slab and final products. The molten steel flow-control technologies in the continuous casting mold for improving the quality of final products and achieving the high-efficiency continuous casting are of great helpful and significant. The multiphase transport behavior in the continuous casting mold for different types of flow-control methods including the bloom/round billet mold electromagnetic stirring(M-EMS), the slab mold electromagnetic brake(EMBR), the slab mold electromagnetic level stabilizer(EMLS) and the slab mold electromagnetic level accelerator(EMLA) have been investigated respectively. The metallurgical mechanism and the multiphase transport phenomena including magnetic field, flow field, temperature field, inclusion removal and steel/slag interface fluctuation have been analyzed, in which the metallurgical effects on the final bloom/billet and slab qualities also have been performed by a series of industrial applications.
