电磁感应在钢包引流中的应用

【摘要】 钢包引流砂作为填装钢包上水口的辅助材料对钢包开浇率和钢的洁净度有很大影响。本文在分析了电磁感应加热的理论基础之上,提出了用铁碳合金颗粒替代引流砂,通过铁碳合金在上水口内形成凝固壳来封堵钢水,然后利用安装在水口周围的感应线圈对凝固钢壳进行感应加热熔化从而达到钢包开浇的新工艺设想。并通过实验的方法进行了分析,结果表明这种工艺设想是可行的。

【Abstract】 As the auxiliary material filling in ladle upper spout, ladle tapping hole fillers influenced rate of ladle free-opening and steel cleanness. Base on the theory of electromagnetic induction heating analysis, this paper puts forward Ferro-carbon alloy particle with alternative tapping hole fillers, by Ferro-carbon alloy it formed the steel solidification shell to sealing molten steel in the ladle upper spout, then making use of the induction coils installed around spout to induction heat solidification shell, making it melt so as to realize ladle pouring it is the idea of new technology on ladle drainage. This idea is analyzed through experiment and the result shows that it is feasible.
