超深复杂井用超高强度石油套管TP155V的设计开发

【摘要】 据根超深复杂井中石油套管的服役工况和受载特点,结合国内超深复杂井中石油套管的典型失效案例分析,得出超深复杂井对石油套管的各项性能的要求,并据此设计了超高强度石油套管的各项性能指标。根据石油套管的各项性能指标的要求,结合工厂的实际生产工艺装备特点,设计了专用钢种和具体生产工艺流程及具体措施。第三方评价检验和油田的实际使用结果表明,该超高强度石油套管完全满足超深复杂井的使用要求。

【Abstract】 Based on deeply understanding and analyzing of serving conditions and loading features of oil casing for ultra deep and complex wells,combined with the analysis of former classical invalidation case of casing used in ultra deep and complex wells, the various property request of ultra high strength oil casing was obtained. In the light of these property request, combined with the actual level of manufacturer manufacturing process and equipments,appropriative steel was designed and producing process technology was formulated. The evaluate tests in TPI and the used results in oilfields proved that the TP155 V casing is satisfied with use conditions for ultra deep and complex wells.
