石蜡基相变储能材料的阻燃研究

【摘要】 <正>石蜡基相变储能材料(PCM)有很多优异的性能,应用前景广阔,但是由于其易燃的特性,给这种材料的应用带来了一定的隐患。因此,提高相变储能材料的阻燃性是一项重要的任务。文献中报道了卤素阻燃剂[1]、膨胀型阻燃剂[2-3]以及一些无机填料[4-5]用于相变储能材料阻燃的研究。本文选取了蒙脱土(MMT)、膨胀石墨(EG)作为阻燃剂,并采用DCP交联的方式来提高相变储能材料的阻燃性。结果表明,在相变储能材料(PCM)中加入蒙脱土和膨胀石墨,
【Abstract】 Paraffin-based phase change material(PCM) is a promising material in many applications because of its outstanding energy storage property.But it is flammable and thus the study on the flame retardance is necessary.There are some literatures reporting the flame retardance properties of PCM by adding halogen flame retardants,intumescent flame retardants and inorganic fillers.In this article,montmorillonite and expanded graphite were added into phase change material to improve its flame retardance.Dicumylperoxide(DCP) was also used to crosslink the polymer matrix.The results show that montmorillonite and expanded graphite are effective to decrease the heat release rate of PCM greatly.Compared with uncrosslinked samples,the heat release rates of the crosslinked samples were further decreased.
