凝固浴中十二烷基硫酸钠对制备聚砜超滤膜的影响

【摘要】 <正>反渗透膜被广泛应用于苦咸水和海水的脱盐。相比非对称反渗膜,复合反渗膜在具有高脱盐率(rejection)的同时也能维持较高的水通量(water flux),这使得学者都优先选择对这种膜进行研究[1,2]。复合反渗膜通常由几层不同的材料复合而成,包括致密的功能层、多孔的支撑层、无纺布和隔网。其中,多孔支撑层一般是由一层超滤膜构成,其性能对整个反渗膜在制备和使用过程中的可靠性影响非常大[3]。有很多的材料都可以用来制备复合膜的多孔支撑

【Abstract】 The thin film composite reverse osmosis membrane contains a porous polysulfone(PSf)membrane as support layer for the dense function layer.Formation of the support layer is usually achieved by phase inversion method.This layer must possess high filtration efficiency as well as excellent mechanical property such as resistance against compaction under high pressure.During phase inversion process,in order to optimize the ultimate performance of the obtained PSf membrane,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) is generally added in coagulation bath as surfactant to change its surface tension.In this paper,effect of the amount of SDS in coagulation bath on the structure and properties of the prepared film was investigated.In order to find a more suitable condition of gelation media,the ultimate filtration performance as well as the resistance property against compaction of the obtained membranes were related to SEM and AFM results.Results show that when selecting the SDS concentration in the range of 0.2-0.25 wt%,the obtained membrane can bear about 50 bar pressure,its water flux is 1.5-2 times larger than that of the membrane prepared without SDS,and the retention property will remain high.
