【摘要】 <正>SEBS微观两相(软相和硬相)分离的结构分别为材料提供了弹性和刚性,使其拥有着橡胶弹性和塑料热塑加工性,这些优良的特性使得其得到了广泛的应用,但其耐热性相对较差限制了使用范围。随着聚合物基纳米有机-无机杂化材料的发展,如果能利用纳米材料针对性地改善热塑性弹性体的硬段,可以实现热塑性弹性体的高功能化和高性能化。多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)作为一种无机-有机纳米材料,与一般的纳米填充材料相比,具有更好的结构可设计性及聚合物的相容性。我们课题组用点击化学方法(炔基-叠氮Huisgen环加成反应)
【Abstract】 In the present paper,the effect on properties of hybrid thermoplastic elastomers modified by POSS with different Vertex organic group(SEBS-g-POSS) were studied.Azido-functionalized poly(styrene-b-(ethylene-co-butylene)-b-styrene)(SEBS-CH2N3) was synthesized by chloromethylation of phenyl groups and subsequent azido reaction in which content of chloromethylation is 15 mol%by 1H-NMR.Then a series of SEBS-g-POSS hybrid thermoplastic elastomers were prepared by the 15 mol%POSS with different vertex groups grafted on to hard segments(PS) of SEBS via click chemistry method(alkynyl-azide Huisgen cycloaddition),in which vertex groups of POSS are Phenyl,isobutyl and cyclohexyl respectively.The results shown that the compatibility,dispersibility,thermal stabiUty,hydrophobic and Tg of the hard segment of SEBS-g-POSS were affected significantly by types of vertex groups of POSS.Among Phenyl,isobutyl and cyclohexyl POSS,Phenyl POSS improved the overall performance of the material,etc.Tg of hard segment was raised to 175 °C,while phase separation is disturbed least.
