聚乙烯醇/黑色素复合材料的制备及热稳定性研究

【摘要】 <正>聚乙烯醇(PVA)是一种综合性能优异的水溶性高分子,可由非石油路线大规模生产,价格低廉,其耐油、耐溶剂及气体阻隔性能出众,在烃类溶剂、农药、石油等包装运输方面具有独特优势。由于PVA高分子链相邻羟基间易形成大量的分子内和分子间氢键,使其热分解温度(200-250℃)与熔点(约226℃)接近,熔融时即发生热分解,因而难以热塑加工。目前

【Abstract】 As a kind of macromolecule containing constitutional unit with phenolic hydroxyl and amine,melanin can scavenge radical and ease to form hydrogen bond with multi-hydroxyl polymer.Melanin was synthesized by autoxidation of dopamine.PVA/Melanin composites were prepared by casting method.The thermal behavior of the blends was studied by using TGA and DSC.The results indicated that the decomposed temperature of PVA was improved by 80-110 ℃ in nitrogen when the amount of melanin was 0.5-2 wt%.The melt temperature decreased by 19-45 ℃ in addition of melanin.So the processing window was enlarged to 110~157 ℃.From the above research,the principles of improving thermal decomposition temperature and lowing melting temperature of PVA will be obtained.
