含镥硅酸复盐Na3LuSi3O9:Ce3+的合成与发光性质研究

【摘要】 镥基掺铈发光材料由于同时具有重原子Lu3+和快发光的稀土离子Ce3+,在闪烁材料领域备受关注[1,2]。本文通过高温固相法在空气、还原气氛下煅烧及还原气氛合成样品再次在空气中煅烧等方式合成了系列Na3Lu(1-x)CexSi3O9荧光粉,并研究了其发光性质。结果发现,合成气氛对样品的漫反射光谱、荧光激发和发射光谱、热释光谱和荧光衰减性质都有很大影响。该系列铈激活硅酸复盐样品的激发光谱因合成气氛的不同而发生明显变化,而且,在还原气氛下合成及其在空气中再次焙烧得到的Na3Lu(1-x)CexSi3O9样品的发射光谱中可以观察到明显的红移现象,同时还发现,样品中氧缺陷吸收的能量可传递给铈离子发光。并且,在还原气氛合成的样品氧缺陷含量最多且其陷阱最深。结果还发现,即使在空气中合成的Na3Lu(1-x)CexSi3O9样品,也能观察到强的三价铈离子的双峰特征发射,说明铈离子在该体系中存在较强的自还原能力。
【Abstract】 Cerium doped and Lutetium-based luminescence materials have attracted much attention in the field of scintillator materials due to containing heavy lutetium atom and cerium ions with fast decay emission. In this work, a series of Na3Lu(1-x)CexSi3O9 phosphors were prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction method in air, CO reducing atmosphere and recalcined in air, respectively. It was found that the diffuse reflectance spectra, excitation and emission spectra, thermoluminescence and decay properties of Na3Lu(1-x)CexSi3O9 were greatly influenced by the synthesizing atmosphere. The results showed that the excitation spectra were controlled by synthesizing atmosphere and obvious red shift in the emission spectra was observed for Na3Lu(1-x)CexSi3O9 synthesized in CO and recalcined in air. Energy transfer from oxygen defect to Ce3+ was found and the sample synthesized in CO has the most oxygen defect and the deepest trap. At last, strong characteristic emission with double bands of Ce3+ was observed for Na3Lu(1-x)CexSi3O9 synthesized in air, indicating strong self-reduction ability of cerium in this system.
