石墨烯在电化学适体传感器中的应用研究

【摘要】 <正>石墨烯作为新兴的纳米碳材料,其特殊的二维结构,使其除具有纳米效应外,还具有完美的量子隧道效应,内部电子运动速率可达光速的1/300[1],将石墨烯修饰在电极表面可促进电子转移[2],这些性质为它在电化学适体传感器中的应用提供了可能。

【Abstract】 A novel impedimetric aptasensor was constructed for thrombin determination based on graphene fonctionalized electrode(RGO/GCE) obtained by reducing graphene oxide on the surface of glassy carbon electrode(GO/GCE). Subsequently, a 5’ amine-modified aptamer sequence was immobilized onto RGO/GCE to detect thrombin of different concentrations. Changes in the interfacial electron transfer resistance(Ret) of the aptasensor were monitored using the redox couple of an [Fe(CN)6]3- /[Fe(CN)6]4- probe. This work demonstrates that graphene is a promising nanomaterial in the design of electrochemical aptasensor and opens the possibility of a real application to diagnostics or medication investigation of protein.
