空心钯球有序阵列的制备及其对乙醇的直接催化氧化

【摘要】 <正>近年来,高催化活性的纳米钯(1,2)已经用于醇类的直接氧化中。本文采用垂直沉积法得到SiO2模板,再将金属Pd沉积在模板表面,模板去除后即可得到空心钯球有序阵列。利用场发射扫描电镜、X射线能量散射谱和循环伏安法对所得产物进行了形貌表征和电化学性能考察。实验结果表明,空心钯球阵列具有极大的电化学
【Abstract】 In recent years, nanostructured palladium(1,2) has been used as the effective catalysts for alcohol oxidation. Here, Si O2 opals templates were prepared on Au substrates with vertical deposition technique, after that, Pd was electrodeposited around the Si O2 spheres, and then Pd hollow spheres array could be obtained after the removal of the templates. The prepared Pd hollow spheres array was characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The experimental results confirmed that the prepared hollow Pd spheres array had highly ordered structures with huge surface area and exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity, stability and anti-poison capability for ethanol electrooxidation in alkaline media, demonstrating the promising potential of ordered hollow Pd spheres array as effective electrocatalysts for direct alcohol fuel cells.
