高柔韧性环氧体系研究

【摘要】 为了提高环氧树脂(EP)体系的柔韧性,探讨了聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PPGDGE)作为EP体系的增柔剂,以柔性聚酰胺LMWPA2和普通聚酰胺LMWPA1作为固化剂,制备柔韧性良好的EP体系。研究结果表明:对于聚酰胺固化DGEBA体系,LMWPA2含量为80phr,EP体系断裂伸长率和拉伸强度分别为23MPa和10%;LMWPA1含量为70phr时,EP体系的拉伸强度达到最大值,为60MPa,EP体系断裂伸长率在4%左右波动。DGEBA与PPGDGE混和,随着PPGDGE含量增加,树脂组分粘度呈指数降低;DGEBA/PPGDGE/LMWPA2体系,PPGDGE含量为20phr时,体系断裂伸长率达到最大值37%;此体系铝粘接测试,拉伸剪切强度为20MPa;通过TG结果表明随着PPGDGE加入,对EP体系的热性能略微降低。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the flexibility of EP systems, explore prlypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether( PPGDGE) as flexibility agent of EP systems and flexibility polyamide LMWPA2, common polyamide LMWPA1 as curing agent, an EP system with good flexibility property was prepared. The research result showed that polyamide curing DGEBA systems, the content of LMWPA2 was 80 phr, elongation at break and tensile strength of EP system were 23 MPa and 10, respectively; The content of LMWPA1 was 70 phr, the tensile strength of EP system reached the maximum, 60 MPa, elongation at break of EP system was fluctuated at 4%. The mixing of DGEBA and PPGDGE, with PPGDGE content increasing, resin component viscosity decreased exponentially;DGEBA/PPGDGE/LMWPA2 systems,PPGDGE content was 20 phr,elongation at break of system reached maximum,37%;Aluminum bonding test of aluminum, tensile share strength was 20MPa; Through TG results show that with PPGDGE addition that the thermal properties of EP systems were reduced slightly.
