纳米二氧化硅球的可控制备

【摘要】 纳米二氧化硅球可以作为药物载体应用于药物传递系统中,而纳米二氧化硅球的尺寸对其在体内的分布影响很大,因而实现其可控制备非常必要。本文采用St?ber法制备了纳米二氧化硅球,探究了纳米二氧化硅合成过程中氨、TEOS(正硅酸乙酯)的浓度,水的用量以及醇的种类等对其粒径及分散度的影响。结果表明,氨浓度是影响粒径的主要因素,随着氨和TEOS浓度的增大,粒径呈线性增大,分散度却保持基本不变;随着水用量的增大,粒径呈减小趋势,分散度显著提高;一元醇碳链的增长会使粒径及分散度均显著增大。利用本文得到的规律,本文建立并验证了纳米二氧化硅球的可控制备。
【Abstract】 SiO2 nanoparticles can be used as a drug carrier applied in drug delivery system. The size of SiO2 nanoparticles significantly influence the distribution of particle in vivo. Therefore, it’s necessary to achieve the controllable preparation of nanoparticle. In this article, SiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by the St?ber method.The effects of ammonia concentration, tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) concentration, water loading, and alcohol type on the size and dispersion of SiO2 nanoparticles were investigated. The results showed that the concentration of ammonia was the dominant factor on the size of nanoparticles. The size of particles increased as the concentrations of ammonia and TEOS increased, but the dispersion kept stable. With the increase of water loading,the size of particle reduced, but the dispersion was improved. Both the size and dispersion increased with the increase of alcohol carbon number. Taking advantage of the regularity, the method on controllable preparation of SiO2 nanoparticles was established and verified.
