抗菌型明胶-茴香烯/β-环糊精包合物复合膜的性能研究

【摘要】 合成塑料被广泛应用于工业和生活的各个方面,但是其大量使用带来了严重的生态环境问题。环境友好型可生物降解材料是解决这一问题的有效途径之一。通过对明胶-茴香烯/β-环糊精包合物复合膜的性能研究发现,随着复合膜中包合物含量增加,复合膜的抗张强度和断裂伸长率呈现先上升后降低趋势,最大值分别达到30.53MPa和102.2%。X-射线衍射测试结果表明复合膜中包合物含量的增加会造成相分离,从而导致复合膜的机械性能降低。明胶富含芳香族氨基酸,使复合膜在200~280nm紫外光区域具有非常低的透光率,并且随着包合物含量的增加而降低。通过对复合膜抑菌性能的研究发现,复合膜对金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑制作用,抑菌圈最大达到9.81mm2,而对大肠杆菌并没有明显的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 In every aspect of life and industries, synthetic plastic materials are extensively used in packaging of products, however,which has caused serious eco-environment problems. Fortunately, biodegradable plastics are seen by many as a promising solution to this problem because they are environmentally-friendly. The investigations on properties of the gelatin based films incorporated with the inclusion complex of trans-anethole and β-cyclodextrin indicate that the tensile strength and elongation at break of composite films increase first, and then decrease with the amount of inclusion complex increasing, top to 30.53 MPa and 102.2% respectively.The result of X-ray diffraction(XRD) shows that phase separation has been formed in composite films, which leads to the decrease of TS and EB. At the range of wavelengths from 200 to 280 nm, the films have excellent barrier properties against UV light, owing to their high content of aromatic amino acids which absorb UV light. Furthermore, it is worth to note that composite films exhibit antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus. Staphylococcus aureus is more sensitive to these films than Escherichia coli,showing the inhibition zone to 9.81 mm2 and 0 mm2 respectively.
