高盐稠油污水热法脱盐资源化技术研究进展

【摘要】 考虑到电渗析法不适用于高盐稠油污水,膜分离法对于高盐污水产水率低和膜污染,推广应用受限,离子交换法仅适用于低盐工况。热法脱盐工艺实现高盐稠油污水资源化回用具有可行性。从工艺技术特点、工艺流程、现场应用、处理效果、投资及运行成本等方面综述了国内外稠油污水热法脱盐资源化回用锅炉技术的研究及应用进展,总结了各种工艺现场应用中存在的问题,并指出稠油污水资源化技术的发展方向在于设备防腐防垢、去除不凝性气体和降低能耗。
【Abstract】 It Is Generally Known That The Electrodialysis Method Does Not Apply To High Salt Heavy Oil Sewage. And The Low Water Yield And Pollution Often Occur In Membrane Separation Process. The Thermal Desalination Technology Would Be An Effective Method To Achieve The Goal Of Heavy Oil Sewage Resource Recovery. The Advances And The Applications Of The Thermal Desalination Technology At Home And Abroad Are Reviewed. And The Reviews Mainly Involve Technical Characteristics, Technical Process, Field Application, Treatment Effect, Investment And Operating Cost. The Various Problems In Practical Application Of Thermal Desalination Technology Are Summarized. And The Future Development Direction Is Prospected.
