发电机线圈防晕结构设计原理分析

【摘要】 本文从发电机定子线圈(线棒)电位计算的经典公式入手,全面分析了线圈槽内、端部轴向放电产生原因,进行了定子线圈防晕结构设计中的相关因子影响分析,计算了线圈槽部和端部防晕结构参数值,确定了不同额定电压等级防晕结构与特征参数关系。建立和分析了特征参数与表面电阻率、体积电阻率和绝缘厚度关系,提出以不同特征参数组合的端部防晕结构用于高电压等级防晕结构设计。
【Abstract】 This paper study the discharging reasons of stator bar in slot and out slot and the relationships between the factors which play an important act in the corona-protection system designing,calculates and explore reasonable values that are required in the corona-protection system designing and find out the relationship between the rated voltage of the rotating machine and the characteristic value,based on the typical expressions of the electric potential distribution for stator coil /bar of electric machinery.The interrelation of the characteristic value with the electric resistivity both surface and volume of coil insulation and the insulation dimension is found and analyzed and an end corona protection system with the composted characteristic values which is increased following going far from slot is recommended for large electric machine with a high rated voltage.
