不同留株密度圆叶决明生产性能及光合特性比较

【摘要】 为明确圆叶决明丰产栽培中的最佳留株密度,开展了6种留株密度(5、10、20、30、40、50株/m~2)圆叶决明的产草量、农艺性状、粗蛋白产量、叶片光合特性的观测评价。结果表明:随着留株密度的增加,产草量呈先增加后减少的变化趋势,其中鲜草、干草产量分别在40株/m~2、30株/m~2条件下达到峰值;圆叶决明粗蛋白产量随着种植密度的增加,粗蛋白产量呈先增加而后减少的趋势,在30株/m~2条件下达到峰值;在光合特性研究的结果表明,非气孔因素的限制作用是不同留株密度条件下圆叶决明净光合速率变化的主要原因。综合评价认为,在本试验条件下,圆叶决明丰产栽培的最佳留株密度为30株/m~2,干草产量可达3454.83 kg/hm~2,蛋白产量达625.83kg/hm~2。

【Abstract】 In order to understand responses of Chamaecrista rotundifolia to planting density,the effect of five levels of planting density(5,10,20,30,40,50plants/m2) on yield,economical characteristics,crude protein and photosynthetic characteristics of Chamaecrista rotundifolia(Pre.) Greene were studied.The results showed that:its had a increasing and then decreasing trend with increasing planting density.Yield of fodder reached the peak value at planting density(40plants/m2),and yield of hay reached the peak value at planting density(30plants/m2).Crude protein contents of Chamaecrista rotundifolia were distributed more in leaf than in stem,Crude protein contents had a increasing and men decreasing trend with increasing planting density,and it reached the peak value at planting density(30plants/m2).The photosynthetic characteristics research results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of Chamaecrista rotundifolia at different planting density was due to non-stomatal limitation.According to synthesize evaluate,at the planting density in(30plants/m2) was the super-high-yielding in Chamaecrista rotundifolia(Pre.),the yield of hay was 3454.83 kg/hm2,the crude protein production reached625.83kg/hm2.
