宽带高均衡量微带增益均衡器设计
Design of a Broadband Microstrip Equalizer with Great Equal Range

【摘要】 本文根据微带增益均衡器的工作原理,采用并联4级电阻加载谐振枝节的结构,利用高频电路仿真软件ADS和电磁场仿真软件HFSS对其进行联合仿真,设计出了一款工作频段为6~18GHz、均衡量可达25d B、带内驻波<1.65的宽带高均衡量微带增益均衡器。该微带增益均衡器体积小、工作稳定可靠,已经成功应用于某型号行波管放大器的批量生产中。
【Abstract】 This paper design a equalizer by using the co-simulation of the high-frequency circuit simulation software ADS and the electromagnetic simulation software HFSS based on the working principle of microstrip equalizer. This kind of equalizer worked for 6~18GHz band and had a structure of four parallel resistive load resonant minors. This broadband microstrip equalizer could achieve a great equal range of 25 d B and the VSWR of it was less than 1.65. It had a small volume and reliable stability, and had been successfully applied to a traveling wave tube amplifier batch production.
