10~1400MHz超宽带增益均衡器设计

【摘要】 超宽带增益均衡器在电子工程中有着广泛的应用。本文采用集总参数元件与分布参数元件相结合的方法,设计并实现了一种小型化、超宽带增益均衡器。具体设计过程中采用高频电路仿真软件ADS与电磁场仿真软件HFSS对该增益均衡器进行联合仿真及优化。测试结果表明,该均衡器在10MHz处的衰减量为6.14d B,在1.4GHz处的衰减量为1.81d B,整个频带内VSWR<1.9,能满足该频段超宽带固态功放对增益均衡器超宽带的要求。
【Abstract】 Ultra-wideband gain equalizer has been widely used in electrical engineering. In this paper, a miniaturization, ultra broadband gain equalizer has been designed and implemented by the method of lumped elements and distributed parameter element combination. In this design, gain equalizer was co-simulated and optimized by using the ADS high frequency circuit simulation software and HFSS electromagnetic simulation software. The equalizer‘ s attenuation is 6.14 d B at 10 MHz and 1.81 d B at 1.4GHz and VSWR<1.9 in the whole frequency band. The test results show that this equalizer can meet the user’s specific circumstances of low insertion loss requirements of gain equalizer.
