紧凑型带状线低通滤波器的设计与研究

【摘要】 基于广义切比雪夫滤波器综合理论,本文设计了一个0-8GHz紧凑型带状线阶跃阻抗低通滤波器。该滤波器采用很高和很低特性阻抗的传输线段交替排列的蛇形线结构,这样不仅使得滤波器的阻带衰减斜率陡的多,而且其结构更加紧凑,尺寸也大大缩小。本文通过CST MWS电磁仿真软件对其进行了设计和优化。其截止频率为8GHz,在8.5GHz处的插入损耗大于40dB。从仿真结果来看,本设计可以运用在对阻带抑制要求比较高的场合中。
【Abstract】 Based on the Inverse chebyshev filter synthesis theory,this paper designs a 0 ~ 8 GHz compact stripline stepped- impedance low-pass filter.The filter uses the structure of the high and low characteristic impedance of the transmission line segments alternately arranged in a serpentine line,which not only makes the stop-band attenuation of the filter become more steep,but also the structure is more compact,and the size also greatly reduced.Through the CST MWS electromagnetic simulation software to design and optimize,the cutoff frequency of the design is 8GHz,and the insertion loss is more than 40 dB in 8.5 GHz.From the simulation result,the design can be applied in the stop-band inhibition more demanding situations.
