微波混频器电路的时域谱元法仿真
The Simulation of Microwave Mixer by Using of Spectral-Element Time-Domain Method

【摘要】 本文将扩展的时域谱元法用于微波混频器电路的时域电磁仿真。根据场-电路耦合原理,在电场矢量波动方程中引入集总电流,并将混频器电路中的肖特基二极管作为集总元件进行处理,以形成肖特基二极管与微带线电路之间的电磁耦合。采用时域谱元法离散该电场矢量波导方程,得到包含肖特基二极管和输入信号源在内的整个电磁空间的系统矩阵方程,该系统矩阵方程具有显式求解格式,计算速度快。数值算例证明了该方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the microwave mixer is simulated by spectral-element time domain(SETD) method.According to the principle of the couple of electromagnetic-circuit,the lumped current is introduced in vector wave equation of electric field.The schottky diode is treated as a lumped element in the circle of mixer.So the electromagnetic coupling between schottky diode and the surrounded microstrip can be built directly.The vector wave equation of electric field is discreted according to spectral-element time-domain method.Then the matrix equation for the whole space of electromagnetic which contains schottky diode and the input signal source is obtained.The fully explicit solving scheme is maintained in this method and the CPU time can be saved spontaneously.The numerical results demonstrate the ability and accuracy of this method.
